Cumulative Security Update for IE6 - PROBLEM SP1 (KB832894)

Immediately following the installation of this update, the following
problem appeared and continues to persist...

After a cold boot and clean Internet connection, Internet Explorer
"stalls" and the home page or other target page either fails to load or
loads only partially. When the IE window is closed, a message indicating
the program is not responding appears.

Numerous subsequent attemps to start IE behave the same way, but eventually
a successful launch occurs. After that there seems to be no problem in
accessing any web page. IE can also be closed and restarted with no
problem.

There is usually no further problem until the PC is booted again. Then the
problem starts all over again.

Anyone else experiencing this or have a clue as to what might be wrong?

I never had this problem before this update.
