Cumulative Security Update Error Message

I have hand SP2 for a year or so now.

For months everytime I turn the computer on Cumulative Security Update for
Internet Explorer for Windows XP (KB905915)tries to install...and there is
always the following error: Error Code: 0x80242008

I can find no reference to this error code. EVERYTHING else security wise,
downloads itself automatically but there is always an error with this one.
