ctrl + V stops but contex menú paste works

I noticed that sometimes copying and pasting using keyboard
doesn't work but if I do that using context menú works...
Is that caused for low RAM memory available only?

I thougth ctrl + C was universal... isn't it?

Hi,

No it is the behaviour of the applications to use different commands for
this purpose.

If you see Ctrl+c for copy on the edit menu then it supports the key board
commands. or else you wll have to follow the commands for that application
to perform cut, copy and paste.
