I have a list of email addresses in Excel. I need to select non-adjacent
email addresses and copy them into another program. I select them using the
Ctrl key - but when I paste them into the other program it pastes all the
addresses between the first one I select and the last one I select. I've
tried pasting into Word - but I receive the same results. Does this
copy/paste feature only work within Excel?

Hi,

I never noticed until your post. If you select as
you do now with the Ctl key and paste into empty columns
in Excel then copy THAT group, you'll get what you need.

Quirky, huh?
