CTRL+Left Mouse Button

We are experiencing a weird problem. We have a user that when on a website,
if they hold the CTRL key down and Left mouse click to select multiple
items, it opens a new Internet Explorer window. Any ideas on what could
cause this?

If what you are trying to copy includes any links, if you touch the link
first, you're gonna go to that link. Try selecting a non link item first.
You may have to experiment. The links don't care if the the Ctrl key is
down or not when the left mouse button is on.
