ctrl key states sticking

Frustrated

I have a lap top and I upgraded from ME to xp. Now when I
use word or outlook the system acts like the ctrl key is
stuck down and so hitting other keys causes interesting
results. Has anyone dealt with this and how did you
solve.
When I restore back to ME I have no problem.
 
Check in your Accessibility features in the control panel to see if sticky
keys is on.
