ctrl-c not copying at all

Hi,
My Windows XP machine doesn't copy when I enter Ctrl/C.
The paste Ctrl/V works fine. The only way to get copy
to work is to right click and select copy. I have no
special keyboards or keymapping software installed. Is
there a way to enable or turn it on, or is it being
turned off by some other software?

Well I figured it out that the application RainlendaR was
remapping CTRL C to show itself (but It didn't show);
when I went in to look into the Config and Hotkeys,
CTRL+C was used. I reset it and now it copy and paste
work just fine.
