CTRL-ALT DOES NOT PRINT THE "AT" SIGN IN ADDRESS FIELD

When I try to write a new email the CTRL-ALT buttons does not write the
AT sign in the address line in Outlook2003 but it is only in the address line
it does not work!

Can anybody help here??
 
Well, the Outlook2003 is in Danish as is the XP.
