ctrl alt del

when i hit ctrl alt del all i see is my user name id
status ect window and there are no tabs, how do i fix this

i think it has to do somehow with user accounts but the
accuont im using is the adminstrator so it should work
fine

what should i do to get the tabs back

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
