Ctrl+Alt+Del does not access Windows 2000 Logon

I applied the windows update today and when I rebooted and
hit Ctrl+Alt+Del to login nothing happened. I then
switched out my keyboard and still nothing. I then tried
my PS/2 mouse and nothing happened. Any ideas? Desperate
need of solution.
