CSV File being displayed on Win XP Pro and 2K differently

Hi there,
What exactly do i need to change in the regional settings?

In win98, I get to that menu via:

windows start button|settings|control panel|regional settings Applet.
On the Number Tab, there's a spot to specify your list character.

In the good ole USA, we mostly use commas. In other parts of the world, the
semicolon is common.

I would think you'd want to match what most people use in your neck of the
woods.

Look if you have different delimiters under start>settings>control panel,
regional options...
