.CSV Error

I'm sending a .CSV file from another system to a distribution list. All the
users are Outlook users on the same network.

For some users on the distribution list they are receiving the file opened
in the Outlook email. They should be receiving the .csv file as an
attachment.

Some users have PDA's and this may be causing the issue.

Has anyone encountered this problem or does anyone have a resolution to
this. I can't seem to find a similar problem anywhere. I would appreciate any
help or suggestions!

If it is related to PDAs, there's not much anyone can do about it from the
Outlook side of things. Can you correlate the issue with those people who
have PDAs?

Another thing to look at is in what format you're sending the message. Are
the people in the DL also in your Contacts and have you overridden the
sending format for any of these contacts? Do you use Exchange?

Hi Brian,

Thanks for thr reply.
Since I posted I have received more complaints from other users that don't
have PDA's.
We are using exchange and I don't have any format set up for the users I m
sending the emails to.
