I agree, it is a somewhat older app.! Nevertheless it can be usefull!
I've got to get a look at that one; the site never showed up when I
searched for CSS related apps (freeware). Thanks for point it out!

I listed it awhile back because I had trouble finding the lite version
offered by NewsGator and even thought it wasn't listed anymore. I later
found the link again but went ahead and kept the file hosted just in case.
