csrss.exe problem

Hi all,

Ok I have upgraded to Windows Vista Beta 2 from my Windows XP Pro SP2 and I
am having some serious problems with the "Interactive Services Dialog
Detection". It will not stop giving me a "Check Device or Program Request"
for "c:\Windows\system32\csrss.exe". I click on the check request button and
I get a message saying "Drive error or not ready, would you like to try
again, continue or cancel". I have tried all 3 options and all to no avail.

I can use my PC ok except that the "Interactive Services Dialog Detection"
box pops up and minimises anything that I am working on or playing. I have
tried shutting down csrss.exe via task manager and the computer crashed big
time.

So are there any of you out there that are able to help me please.

I seem to be having the same problem with the constant error message
regarding Csrss.exe. I am also having problems loading some needed hardware
updates (Creative Audigy 2) and I suspect the issue is that I am not getting
a necessary message box to show up during the loading of the new drivers.

It basically says:

"Check divice or program requrest
A divice or program has requested attention by can't display its own dialog
box on your desktop. The device or program my need information or permission
to complete a task. Windows can help you chck the request, then return to
your destop when you are done.
Why does this happen?

If you don't check this requres, Windows will remind you again in a few
minutes.

Device or program: C:\Windows\system32\csrss.exe
Dialog box title: Windows - Drive not ready
Received: Today, July 14, 2006, 40 minutes ago"

And remind me it does, about every 5 to 10 minutes.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have windows Vista, Beta 2 Build
538-1
