CSRSS.exe consuming a lot of processor time

I have a Win2k server SP3 and terminal services is enabled
and Citrix Metaframe XP 1.0 is installed.
Using task manager i have noticed that the CSRSS.exe
process is chewing up a lot of processor time. How can I
fix the issue?.
