my mother gets an error every time windows starts, in a
box titled RunNetHelp That says

Component 'csras32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not
correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

looking online it appears to have something to do with a
remote access service according to www.catalyst.com, but
i cant seem to find a way to fix it.

Start>Run type "msconfig" without the quotes. Look on the Startup tab
for something that appears to be connected with the missing file -
you'll just have to Sherlock it. Uncheck it, click Apply and OK.
