I am trying to install a BT Broadband modem, but during installation had the following messege appear on screen. " Components "CSRAS32.OCX" or one it's dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing". I have searched the microsoft knowledge base for answers to try and repair replace this file but found no information. I advice would be grateful. Thanks.

That file is not included in WinXP, you need to contact BT. They may be
relying on an installed networking file (thus the dependency remark), but
only they may be able to tell you which one.
