CSC notification window

Hi,
How to disable CSC Notification window? I get this when I try to shutdown
the system right after it start up..

Do you want it to not show the synchronization window when you are shutting
down or do you want it to not synchronize?

Greetings --

The term refers to "Client Side Caching," which can be used for
making some files available for off-line viewing/editing. The feature
can be turned off via Windows Explorer > Folder Options > Offline
Files Tab.
