CS:Source Problems

I have a small problem with Vista and CS:Source. The game actually starts up
and plays (locally and online) very well. The problem occurs when I exit the
game. Upon exit, my desktop is replaced with a nice tiled graphic pattern.
The keyboard/mouse still function properly, but with the tiled graphic
overlay of the desktop, of course you can't see anything to click on.
Restart is the only option, and all is well upon restart. Has anyone else
seen this? I am running a GF 7900GT 256mb video with the latest Vista
drivers from the Nvidia site (v 98.??) Please help.

Sounds like the nVidia drivers are at fault, this seems to be quite common
at the moment, you'll just need to hold on until they get thier act
together, or put an ATI card in the machine until they do.

The ati drivers are only marginally better.
