Cryptographic Server

I just tryed ti install Update WinXP SP1 and this is the
message I got. That I need to Enableing Cryptographic
Services.

HOWdo I do this, the windows update won't work, so I DL
the SP for network installers to intall
 
Start/Run enter in there "services.msc" without the "" enter. Make the page
that appears full size, go down to Cryptographic Services and right click
it - Properties - make it Automatic and click start
