Crt+Alt+Del

After installed Norton Antivirus 2004 in my notebook I have had a problem

When I do Crt+Alt+Del I can´t for example lock my computer. The box that I usually see disapear

Now I only see the process and the memory usage

Use the Windows Key+L to lock the computer.

Hi,

You have to first double-click on the border to get all of Task Manager
showing again.

Then, you need to cancel the use of the Welcome screen (Control
Panel/Users/"change the way....".
