What happen if i connect router to my pc with cross over cable?
I know that pin1 and 2 for transmitting,3 and 6 for receiving. What
will happen if i use cross over cable, will it still work?why?

Thanks

Hi,

It will probably still work. Modern routers auto-detect the Ethernet
polarity and adjust themselves.
Try it out - no need to keep a fire extinguisher nearby either.

Stop using those paper phone message pads
make the computer work for you.

It's likely to fail unless both sides have auto-detection working. It pits
tx against tx and rx against rx, etc..
