Cross-references in footnotes convert to endnotes?

Hi all,

I am working on a scholarly paper in which I use cross-referencing for
footnotes (Microsoft Word 2007). One of the journals that I would like
to submit my article to asks for endnotes instead of footnotes. Will
my cross-references convert?
