Cross-Reference

HOW can I make the all cross-references in the context get updated
automatically ( cos they DONT)
and how can i assign a Font style for them all so i can CHOOSE them all then
Uptade them manually if the Automated choice is not possible :-(
 
You can press Ctrl+A to select all, then press F9 - this will update all
fields in the main body of the document incl. all cross-references.
