Is it possible to have the Croatian Alphabet on Word 2003 ?

It is possible. You can enter most any language into Word if you have the
appropriate keyboard and/or IME.

To enable Croatian language features in Word (and other Office applications)
go to Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Office Tools > Language
Settings and, if you have the proofing tools installed you can add Croatian.

To enable a Croatian keyboard go to Control Panel > Regional Settings >
Languages (tab) > Details. Click on Add and select Croatian from the list.

I don't know Croatian so I don't know what else you might need and wouldn't
recognise it if I saw it :)
