From what I can tell from their site there is an Open Source
that can be downloaded. If you like it there is Suger Pro.
which I assume is a commerical product ??

I have not downloaded the software so I really cannt say for
sure..

No & Yes.

Sourceforge supports open source projects. SugarCRM is an open source
project whose binaries are available for free and are free to use via
sourceforge.

SugarCRM Pro seem to be the same set of binaries *and* has add-ons, more
tech support, etc.

From what I can tell, it's analogous to OpenOffice and StarOffice.
StarOffice and OpenOffice binaries are largely the same. The
distinction comes w/addons and support added to the offering by Sun.
