critique my project

Hi all,
I'm fairly new to VBA and Excel and am about to complete my first
"significant" project. It seems to work the way I expect, and I'm fairly
happy with the code but would like to get some feedback from someone with
more experience. Would there be a kind soul here that would be willing to
look over my project and make suggestions for improvement, comment on style
and structure, etc?

Thank you for your generous offer. A search on your name reveals a
generous and knowledgeable user. I have very nearly completed this project
but a few cleanup items remain. I hope to finish cleaning up over this
weekend and will email you then. Should I send the entire workbook as an .xls
file (~200kb right now) or export the modules as text? It would probably be
much easier to see what I'm attempting If you could see the entire workbook.
