Critical update

When I installed a critical update my windows, toolbars
and start menu goes black. I cannot change this in
settings.the only way I found is to resore system

Many updates can cause problems with your system at the
ms update site click on read more for that update and see
if you really need it. the update may not apply to you or
your third party firewall may do the same thing
If it isnt broke dont fix it
