I have Windows 98 Second Edition. Do I need this?
I understand Microsoft will stop support in January.
I am not interested in upgrading and do not want to
lose my DOS capability. Thank you!
 
This was at the Microsoft Windows Update site. However I did
notice that now it shows V4 in front of the website name,

These are viruses... do not open or install
