critical update 828026 for Windows Media Player

I keep getting an update logo in my taskbar for the same
critical update, which I have installed now a number of
times, but the logo still keeps appearing. Is this an
error anyone else is familiar with?

Mike, not sure, but when I click on 'more info' this is
what I get: The 828026 update changes the way that
Windows Media Player handles URL script commands that are
embedded in a stream. Specifically, the update modifies
Windows Media Player to recognize three new registry
values that permit a user or an administrator to control
the scenarios where the player will run URL script
commands that are embedded in a stream
