Critical shortcoming noticed

I have noticed the following shortcoming in explorer
folder mode. When the user switches the view to a particular
style, All folders underneath need to automatically change
to that view as well. Then when the user rightclicks on the
folder to open properties, an option on the viewing
properties should be "default view", and then when this is
invoked, a message would pop up and ask whether all
subfolders should be defaulted to that view, with a yes/no
option.
The present switch does not keep when explorer is closed (as
in restart/shutdown)
