Creative X-fi XtremeMusic wont work

I put Vista 32-bit on, I used to have XP. Everything works except audio. I
went to creatives website and got the Vista drivers. Still doesnt work. Vista
does not see the card. I told Vista to check for updates and the latest
drivers. Still doesnt work.

Anything I can do?
