Get rid of Norton.....(which will be a problem itself)
Get DriverCleaner from Driver Heaven.....
Then install the new drivers for the new card.

DriverCleaner looks like a real good option, thanks! I've downloaded it
and will now go clean up.

Thanks, cool tool. I had never seen that before. Unfortunately, it says
there are no problems found. Went through both audio and video tests.
Well, let's see if drivercleaner can help.
