Creation date and time field in tasks screen?

Is it possible to have a field in the tasks screen that has the date and time
that the task was created on? "modified" is close, but changes if I mark
that task as completed. I need a field that shows the date and time the task
was originally created on, and will allow me to sort and find by this date.
Seems like it should be possible, any suggestions?
 
Open the Field Chooser (the button is on the Advanced toolbar), select All
Task Fields in the dropdown box, then drag the Created field to the Task List
and drop it where you want it.
