creating user home directory on standing alone PC

Guest

I've two logical disks (c, d) on my workstation running XP professional.
Now I'll like to use unit c: for the system and unit d: for the user data.
How can i set XP in order that when i create a new user account, it is
created in d:/users/"username" instead of c:/documents and
settings/"username" ?

Thank you.

I have not tried it myself but when you are creating the user account or
after creating it go to the properties of the user account and select the
profile tab and then enter the path you want for home folder. I do not know
how you are managing user accounts but you can do that in Computer
Management - local users and groups on at least XP Pro.
