1. Is it possible to create a formula that enables a
character limit for text within a cell? And if yes, what
is that formula? I have merged cells with the usual
problem of text appearing in only the upper left cell - #1
and then manual row and height format, but it still does
not provide an ample amount of text, since the end user
will be the one putting in the text.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
