I am in the proccess of creating a Power Point Template for school, In the
upper right corner of the Template the user has to decide what the
classification of the presentation should be. example being Unclassified,
Secret, Top Secret. I was wondering if you can have combo boxes in Power
Point where the user can just select the Classification mark instead of
constately having to retype it.

You can put a combo box on a slide, but it only goes "live" during a slide
show, not while the user's editing the presentation. It doesn't sound like
that'd help much.

An addin that creates a toolbar with buttons to add the text automatically
might be a better bet.

Have a look at the VBA section on http://www.pptfaq.com
