Creating template with text areas

Hi
Is there any way to create a template that also have fixed and locked
text areas on it (text areas with specific fonts and size the user will
not be able to change)

I need to create a template that when a user open it he only need to
write the text inside the already set text areas, without letting him
the posibility to change anything else in the slide

Unfortunately this is still a wish list item... There is no way to "lock"
the template formatting, positioning, etc.
