Creating Subfolders

I am trying to create subfolders about 6 levels deep in a public folder on
an Exchange server.

Any ideas on how to do this efficiently?

Just get the source folder you want to start at as a MAPIFolder
object. Then use its Folders collection and the Add method to add a
subfolder. Use that MAPIFolder, get its Folders collection, etc.
