creating stationary

I am trying to create a simple stationary template with an
address and company name heading, no background pictures.

I can create the look in HTML rich format, I am able to
save as a stationary template. However when I send an
email using the stationary template the HTML format does
not transfer. I get an error message that reads .... one
or more of the pictures could not be found...

Can any one help me?
Thanks

You mean a template that doesn't move? That's what "stationary" means,
after all. Perhaps you really want to ask about "stationery".

Thank you for your response.
let me try and clarify. I am trying to create a letter
head and save it as a stationary file in Outlook. The
intent is to be able to pull it up as a template each time
I want to send a business email.
I can create the file, save it to the Stationary folder.
When I try to send a email I get the error message ... one
or more of the pictures in this message could not be
found.... The email when viewed from my inbox does not
contain the letter head in HTML.

Can you help me.
