creating shut down script

Can someone tell me how to create a 'reboot' script. I need to restart my
server, but I'd like to set it up to automatically restart in the middle of
the night. Thanks for any hlep you can offer! Jason

create a script using shutdown -r and schedule it for what ever time you
wish.
