Creating Rules

I am getting a lot (like 15-20 per day) of spam email from online pharmacies
and Refinance companies. Is it possible to set up a rule to delete all
incoming email that is NOT from somebody in my Contacts list? Thanks.

Sorry for not mentioning it initially. I am using OL 03 as a part of MS
Office 2003, running on Windows XP Pro.

Enable the Junk Mail filter at its "Safe Lists Only" setting
(Tools>Options>Junk E-mail Options), then select the Safe Senders tab and
check the "Also trust e-mail from my Contacts" box at the bottom.

I would like to have a rule that filters all mail that is not from a contanct
in my address to a junk folder. I do not see a way to do this on Outlook
2000. Any suggestions? (please!!)

Not possible in Outlook 2000, only 2003. If you cannot upgrade, then look
to third party plug-ins such as SpamBayes.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, SBlais asked:
