Creating Printers from MMC?

Is there a way to create printers on a print server without having to
be at the server console (or term service)? Can I create a printer in
AD via MMC in a native win2K environment without having to term
service to the server? For example, with Netware, you can create a
printer in NDS, assign rights and it's a done deal. Thanks - Mike

Hi, If the particular printer are connected to a Pre-Windows2000 Server.
