creating pop up windows in FrontPage 2002?

I searched to fin an answer for how to create a pop up winow on my site using
FP 2002 and all I got was an answer for how to do it in FP 2003. Does anybody
know or can anybody tell me how to achieve this in FP 2002?

More than that! Check out our recent survey on just that topic. We've had
over 200 respondents and 95.45% are using a pop-up blocker.

With that said, be aware that almost all pop-up blockers only block
automatic pop-ups. If a user clicks a link that opens a pop-up, it will
work in almost all cases. In cases where it is blocked, Spawn is designed
to fail gracefully and will work as a regular link.
