Creating PDF out of Access 2003

Our company is currently moving to Access 2003. When some people are
upgraded to Access 2003, they are no longer able to create PDF from one of
our Access Databases. This all worked in Access 2000 and does work for many
of the people that have Access 2003. When they try to print to the PDF
maker, it either shuts down there Access 2003 program or comes up and says
there was an error and asks if they want to Restart Access and notify MS. I
have uninstalled and reinstalled everything from Office 2003, Acrobat 6.0.1,
Acrobat Reader, and Acrobat Distiller with no luck. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
