creating PDF from msword - I get error while creating bookmarks

I have been creating pdf docs with Adobe 6.0 Professional without problems. I
am now getting the error "error while creating bookmarks". I have removed and
reload Adobe and applied all of the updates. I have looked to see if there
are any updates to MSFT Office and there are none. Any suggestions?
