Creating new worksheets using data from a single sheet

I have a worksheet that has 50 rows of data on it and I wanted to create
seperate sheets for each row of data. Is there an easy way to do this or do
I have to create 50 seperate sheets and copy the data over?
Please help, this could take me days.

This can be done with VBA. You may want to post something to the Programming
group and see if they can help.
 
I am not very familiart with VBA, any help?
