Whenever I want to create a new folder or move an email to a folder
directory
and want to make a new sub-folder, I click on new and then I have to
renavigate to the directory of where I want to create this new folder
again.
Is there a way to set it to whenever I click on create new folder it
already
has it navigated to that destination? I am using Outlook 2000 w/ sp 3.
Thanks.

Select the folder first before clicking New>Folder. And it's better to ask
your question in only one newsgroup. The general newsgroup would be
appropriate.

Ok I'll remember that next time for the posting. I do though however
have the folder highlighted before I click new folder. The process I go
through is, navigate to my destination, right click and choose new
folder and it brings up a box displaying your folders and where you are
creating it, however, whenever the box pops up for me I must
re-navigate to my destination instead of it already being
highlighted...make sense??

Left click the folder to select it. Then click File>New>Folder and the
folder you selected will be the base folder for the new one.
