creating new autotext entry category

I want to create a new category of AutoText for a large list of
addresses that we use frequently. The categories I see now include
Closing, Attention, Salutation, etc. I want to make one called
Insurer Adresses. How do I create this new category? I'm working in
Windows XP, Word 2002.

Create a style called insurer addresses and then create an
autotext entry using that style. This will create the
category for you.
