Creating Network Admin password

I have a network with about 50 computers all running windows xp pro. The
network does have a domain. I currently have only one network administrator
account and need to creat another one but I'm not sure how to do this. I can
create individual admin accounts for a computer but i need another admin
account that will work for the entire network. How do i set this up?

You create domain administrator accounts on your domain controller.
